Tärnland is a production tanker for refined oil products such as gasoil and naphta. She is deployed in northern Europe, now under the name Ternland since the company changed flags to Danish as a protest against Swedish tax rules.

Tärnland was my first ship as a cadet, and I definately learned more there about deck work then on any other ship I've been on. After our second shipment of naphta, however, I decided that I would never set my foot on a product tanker again...
